CONCEPT

The five buildings sea shore complex is designed to offer a high level of comfort and multiple facilities for its inhabitants.

The floors have 3 different outlines (A, B, C), terraces and bow-windows positioned dissimilary on the sea side of each building. The assembly of the 3 contours is different for eavery building, giving the complex a vibrating look.

Each of the 3 outlines (A, B, C) makes it possible to separate the floor into 1, 2 or 3 apartaments, offering maximum flexibility to the future buyers.

Conceptually, the complex is defined as a composition of macro crystals, parts of the same whole, resulted from cutting and abrading, which produced two types of surfaces: smooth on one side and uneven on the other. The uneven surfaces facing to the sea take on spectral colours from the reflected ligths.
